PIVOT TO PERIOD EQUITY
Dates Executed: 21st March 2026 | Collaboration: Ministry of Health | View on Socials: Instagram

Through the club’s Pivot to Period Equity initiative, RCGC, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, engaged students of Anna Regina Multilateral School in Region 2.
The project combined education and support to promote menstrual health awareness and confidence among students. Interactive activities, including crossword puzzles, were used to introduce key menstrual health concepts in an engaging and accessible way. This was followed by guided sessions on the menstrual cycle, as well as age-appropriate discussions on safe sex and informed decision-making.
Students also participated in practical demonstrations on the proper use and disposal of sanitary products, reinforcing safe and hygienic practices.
To complement these sessions, essential feminine hygiene products—procured through the club and supported by donations—were distributed to students, ensuring they are both informed and equipped to manage their menstrual health with confidence and dignity.

Alongside the distribution of essential hygiene products, we hosted interactive learning sessions on oral health and body care—creating a safe, engaging space for students to learn, ask questions, and build lifelong healthy habits.
