Mind Your Business was a dynamic professional development session designed to strengthen financial competence and build confidence in navigating conflict.


This impactful training provided members with practical tools and insights to better manage finances, make informed decisions, and approach challenges with clarity and confidence—skills that are essential across business, the workplace, and service initiatives.


Our facilitator, Ms. Melissa Franklin-McCullock, brought a depth of knowledge and an engaging delivery style that encouraged participants to think critically, communicate effectively, and lead with intention.
